1 (i) A Comedy Drama:

President reminded members that since the onset of the pandemic, IASCCOFNY’s Thursday programs included musical entertainment . However, today’s program is unique since a drama is presented for the first time on Zoom. A Shemaroo’s new drama રંગ રંગીલા ગુજ્જુભાઇ, arranged through Mr. Bharatbhai Goradia, is being displayed today and it is sponsored by Mr. & Mrs. & Bharatbhai & Neelaben Goradia. The drama is by Siddharth Randeria, a writer, director and actor. It is presented through Ms. Rujuta Dholakia, Senior Manager of Shemaroo USA who was introduced by Bharatbhai. She praised Bharatbhai for his achievements in the entertainment field and displayed an impressive video (attached) showing his personal connections with eminent personalities in the Bollywood circle.

Bharatbhai Goradia has brought several talented artists to IASCCOFNY since the inception of the pandemic. He is the first to present on Zoom Bollywood playback singers, international singers, comedian and magician. Today’s program is his 33rd. He has been able to bring many programs due to his vast network in the Bollywood circle. He is a Cultural Ambassador between India and the U.S. He adores senior community which is reflected in the number of programs he has brought to IASCCOFNY. Today, he has brought a beautiful drama which he and his wife Neelaben have sponsored it. Thanks Bharatbhai & Neelaben.

The comedy drama  રંગ રંગીલા ગુજ્જુભાઇ was a hit as it glued about 650 viewers (370 Zoom logins) to their seats for over two hours on a weekday morning. Many of them wished that IASCCOFNY display good dramas periodically.
